One of the 1st jobs we were asked to do were tee shirts for 17 different baseball teams and 34 dozen caps ( which of course, had to be completed 'yesterday!'...) I know by the time we were finished with this job they knew my voice when I called to ask for help, and probably just asked "Who may I ask is calling?" just to be polite! I never once felt like I was taking up their time, or that I was being a pain in the butt. The people at Printa not only have a high knowledge of the product they are selling, they are happy to share that knowledge with their customers.
The 770 series speaks for itself...but the customer service is 2nd to none.
