As a new customer I would just like to take the opportunity to express my pleasure in how Printa has performed so far. From the get go I was impressed with the company's product line and the sales staff couldn't have been more helpful. I made my decision to go with Printa mainly on the training offered and the level of customer service 'promised.' As with any sales promise, there is the expectation and the reality. In this case, the reality has met or surpassed the expectation. Since the sale, I have been extremely impressed with the high level of customer service there was nothing but good old-fashioned customer 'care.' I am looking at additional equipment in the future, and Printa will be on the top of the list.
